Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced an increased emphasis on the production of the latest Su-57 combat aircraft. Following this, retired Aviation General Vladimir Popov announced that by the end of 2024, 60 Su-57s will be delivered to the VKS. According to him, these vehicles should provide two regiments and, consequently, only four squadrons.
These statements drew attention in the Polish press, giving their assessment of the deployment of the production of the latest fighters in Russia.
