Against the backdrop of the "drone war" unfolding in Ukraine, the Greek company SAS Technology intends to keep up with the times by creating its own products in the field of unmanned aviation.
One of its developments is the SARISA aerial fire support platform.
Its basic configuration is equipped with a dual launcher for launching HYDRA 70 missiles, which can be equipped with various warheads. The American 70-mm NURS is widely used by the NATO armed forces, usually used from attack aircraft or helicopters of the AH-64 Apache type.

The length of the UAV is 165 cm, width 218 cm, height 45 cm, maximum take-off weight 60 kg. The duration of the flight with a maximum payload is 20 minutes.
Two rounds of test firing have already taken place. The second test took place in difficult weather conditions, the wind speed was 12 m/s. Despite this, according to the developer, the SARISA UAV demonstrated impeccable aiming accuracy, and therefore the firing is characterized as successfully completed.
