Kiev expects to receive warships from the West that can serve in combat for a long time, 10-15 years. Naturally, with a modern technical level and weapons. According to Neizhpapa, Kiev has prospects of receiving ships for its fleet, but he did not give any details, only added that after receiving such ships, Ukraine will finally be able to become a "maritime state", and not a "state by the sea", as at present.

Kiev also expects assistance from the West in forming a new marine corps as part of the Ukrainian fleet, as well as its full technical equipment, including attack helicopters and armored vehicles. According to Neizhpapa, the new corps will operate not only on the Black Sea, but also on the Azov.

The corps should become a very powerful fist that will carry out both landing, and raid actions, and advance deep into the territory of Ukraine. We need both planes and attack helicopters to support the actions of the Marines. That is, our fleet is diverse and should develop in all directions
