In the Russian Federation, software for 3D printing with metal has been developed
Specialists of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) have developed the country's first software for 3D printing installations working with metal and alloys. This software will find application in a wide variety of industries, including shipbuilding, aviation and metallurgical industries.
It should be especially noted that this is the first Russian solution of such a plan, and there is only one such development abroad on a commercial basis, which, in fact, does not completely relate to software.

In addition, Russian software for "metal" 3D printing is universal and can work on many models of three-dimensional printing installations and educational institutions in Russia, as well as such technological giants as Rostec and Rosatom, have already become seriously interested in it. In addition, it is specified that the program for metal printing can be set manually, but it will take a lot of time, since even a small part needs to be calculated and specified to the device about 1500 points to print.
