A joint venture of the Israeli company Rafael (which developed the KAZ Trophy), GDELS (a division of General Dynamics) and the German KMW presented a new modification of the EuroTrophy active protection complex designed for European tanks and armored vehicles.
- indicated in the Defensa edition.
KAZ is planned to be installed both on promising equipment, for example, on the Leopardo 2A8 tank, and on some samples already in service (in particular, on the Spanish Leopardo 2E MBT "for the elimination of obsolescence", which will require modification of the tower).

During the EuroTrophy demonstration, the complex was placed on an armored tracked vehicle of the ASCOD family. During the presentation, the order of work of KAZ was announced. The main elements of the system are 2 rotating radars that control the space around the equipment by 360 degrees, and 4 launchers that protect the entire body of the machine (with overlap zones, backup and recharge system) – each of the PU covers a sector of 180 degrees.
