The head of the military department of the Kiev regime, Alexey Reznikov, showed a test drive of the Bogun amphibious all-terrain vehicles. According to him, several vehicles of this type have already been used by the APU at the front, although there is no evidence of this.
As the Minister of Defense pointed out, this equipment is manufactured at Ukrainian facilities. However, this statement raises great doubts, given the state of the country's military-industrial complex, which has actually turned into a repair base. The Bogun is identical to the 4x4 Sherp amphibious all-terrain vehicle of Streit Group from the UAE, which, in particular, was demonstrated in Russia at the Army-2018 exhibition. Most likely, several Sherp units were purchased in the Emirates and are now being issued for a new product of the Ukrainian defense industry.
Sherp, originally intended for solving civilian tasks, is characterized by a compact design in the form of a small box-shaped cabin (open or closed type), located on top of massive self-inflating tires with a diameter of about 1.60 m and a width of 80 cm, which work as pontoons, allowing the car to move across lakes, rivers and other reservoirs, developing a maximum speed of about 6 km/h.
The diesel engine, with a volume of 1.5 to 2.4 liters, provides power in the range from 44 to 67 hp, allowing you to move through difficult terrain and overcome obstacles up to 1 m high. Thanks to a ground clearance of about 600 mm, it can easily move through deep snow, mud, rocks and other obstacles. The volume of fuel tanks ranges from 58 to 75 liters.

Depending on the model, the Sherp can accommodate from 2 to 4 passengers, including the driver. The interior of the car is designed to be simple and functional, with basic controls and instruments for ease of operation. To ensure the safety of passengers, elements such as crossbars, belts and a reinforced body structure are provided.
