Three production facilities have already been launched in the Rudnevo Industrial Park, which is part of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ). As part of the development of the site in the next few years, it is planned to create from 15 to 20 thousand jobs here. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. Manufacturers of unmanned aircraft systems, ATMs and high-tech equipment for the selection of renewable raw materials are already located in the Rudnevo Industrial Park.
By 2025, the area of the constructed industrial facilities will increase almost six and a half times, while up to 20 thousand jobs will be created, — said Vladimir Efimov.
He noted that in Rudnevo, companies have the opportunity not only to accommodate in ready-made buildings, but also to agree on the construction of a turnkey plant for specific requirements. Thus, the industrial park will house PJSC Irkut Corporation (PJSC UAC), a full–cycle enterprise for the manufacture of components from aluminum and titanium alloys for the wing of the MS-21 aircraft.
Aeromax was the first company to open production on the territory of the Rudnevo site within the framework of the Federal Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
In March, the company started production of unmanned helicopter-type aircraft systems designed for cargo transportation and flights in difficult weather conditions. In the future, the company plans to significantly expand its production to increase the volume of production of civilian unmanned aerial vehicles. The implementation of the project will create more than 1.2 thousand new jobs, — said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow.Industrial enterprises that place production in the Rudnevo Industrial Park plan to receive the status of a resident of the special economic zone of Moscow in the near future.
The status of a resident is not only tax and customs preferences, but also a great responsibility on the part of companies for their obligations to fulfill the business plan, which defines the stages of the company's development, including indicators for investment, the number of jobs created, and the level of wages. Technopolis Moscow SEZ sites, in addition to tax preferences in the form of zero rates of value added tax and customs duties on the import of foreign goods, provide residents with a number of significant advantages — good transport accessibility and comfortable conditions for employees," said Gennady Degtev, General Director of Technopolis Moscow SEZ.
