Germany will supply Ukraine with more than a hundred Vector reconnaissance drones, a supply contract has been concluded between the German company Quantum-Systems GmbH and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The whole batch is intended for the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR MO).
Germany will supply 105 Vector UAVs to the military intelligence of Ukraine, and at its own expense. The production of drones will be paid for from the federal budget. It is noted that this is the second batch of drones, the first 33 drones were received by the Ukrainian military department in August 2022. As emphasized in Kiev, German drones are "very effective".

The Vector reconnaissance drone has a wingspan of 2.8 meters, but due to its small mass, it is launched from the hand. It is equipped with optical and infrared sensors and is able to work around the clock, transmitting information in real time. It is able to identify objects and transmit data to the operator in encrypted form at a range of up to 15 km, and when using an additional station - up to 25 km. The claimed speed is up to 72 km / h, capable of being in the air for two hours. Drone assembly takes about 2 minutes, and operator training takes no more than 4 days.
The GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has already expressed gratitude to the Germans for strengthening the "technological superiority" and bringing Ukraine's victory over the "aggressive Russian tyranny" trying to destroy the "young Ukrainian democracy".
