The ministry noted that the example of Ukraine demonstrates that the financing of military biological programs imposed by the collective West leads to the loss of national biological sovereignty and the undermining of its own scientific and technological potential.MOSCOW, April 7.
/tass/. Washington considers the post-Soviet space as a springboard for the deployment of NATO military units, which is demonstrated by the goals of the International Science and Technology Center (ISTC), through which the Pentagon's biological research is funded. This was stated on Friday by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological Protection Troops (RHBZ) Russian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
"Let me remind you that the purpose of the ISTC's biological threat reduction program is to protect the United States, its armed forces and allies. This once again confirms that Washington considers the post-Soviet space as a springboard for the deployment of NATO military units," he said during a briefing on the analysis of documents related to US military biological activities.
According to Kirillov, the example of Ukraine demonstrates that the financing of military biological programs imposed by the collective West leads to the loss of national biological sovereignty and the undermining of its own scientific and technological potential in the field of biological, food and pharmaceutical security.
