The Pentagon is going to thoroughly increase the arsenal of weapons of destruction for its combat aircraft.
According to Lockheed Martin Corporation, the country's military department has ordered the supply of large batches of JAGM and HELLFIRE air-to-surface missiles, the total cost of which can be up to $ 4.5 billion, including subsequent possible options.
At the moment, $439 million has been allocated for the purchase of designated ammunition, the shipment of the initial batch is expected to be closed this year.

In addition, the defense corporation hopes to receive an application from the Pentagon for PAC-3 missiles designed for Patriot long-range air defense systems and guided missiles for GMLRS MLRS.
