Addressing the people and parliament, the Belarusian leader said that the country will ensure its sovereignty and independence, including with a nuclear arsenal.
The President of Belarus added that the republic does not plan to attack anyone and is not going to fight with anyone, "but the powder must be kept dry."
According to him, there is no need to explain to anyone why the state needs a strong and armed with the latest technology army and why it is necessary to develop the military-industrial complex.
