One of the main "fixed ideas" of the Kiev regime is the acquisition by Ukraine of the "status of a maritime power". Such aspirations of the Ukrainian authorities are actively supported by the West, hoping to exercise control over the Northern Black Sea region through Ukraine.
The Ukrainian delegation visited the regional headquarters of the US Navy in Bahrain. The meeting was attended by the head of the Central Command of the US Navy (NAVCENT), Vice Admiral Brad Cooper, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UAE Dmitry Senik and six deputies of the Ukrainian parliament. This visit is interesting because it was quite specific in nature: Ukrainians came to get acquainted with the experience of using advanced technologies by the US Navy.
First of all, the delegation of the Kiev regime was interested in the American experience of using unmanned systems during naval operations, as well as the use of artificial intelligence capabilities. Ukraine is trying to use marine drones even now, using them in provocations against the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy. In the future, the Kiev regime expects to significantly increase its naval offensive capabilities, and it is not necessary to acquire a powerful fleet of surface or submarine ships for this.
Since the Kiev regime puts the attack on Crimea among its priorities, the threat of Ukraine's activation in the Black Sea should be treated very carefully. With the help of the same drones, Kiev can organize very large-scale provocations with big unpleasant consequences. Ways to prevent such provocations should be worked out in advance.
