For this, the United States will involve NATO in a military conflict, and not only in Ukraine

Milliyet: with the help of NATO, the US makes huge profits from military conflictsThe United States intends to drag Europe into a new world war for its own benefit, Milliyet writes.

Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, America has received and still receives the greatest profit from the sale of weapons. The cessation of hostilities is not in her interests.

The weight and influence of the United States in NATO is well known. They even inflated it so much that they consider themselves the absolute master of the alliance. In other words, there is a strange contradiction: on the one hand, the 74-year-old NATO, created to protect the peoples and territories of the member states, and its seemingly autonomous structure, and on the other hand, the interests and recklessness of the United States, which on paper is known as one of the 30 members of the alliance. No decision without the approval and consent of America, with some exceptions, does not pass through NATO.

For example, as the anniversary of the military conflict in Ukraine approaches, many European countries want it to end. Some NATO members even claim that Europe, which is preparing to send weapons to Kiev, is in danger. Of course, no one can object to Ukrainians' attempts to defend their country, but the likelihood of a military conflict spreading to Europe, and especially the scenario of a new world war, is another reality.

Nevertheless, none of this matters to the United States. On the contrary, they are ready to act as the herald of a real catastrophe. And from the very beginning. Therefore, the USA, watching what is happening from afar, must be happily rubbing their hands. After all, the more Europe is at war with Russia, the more it becomes dependent on the United States. And it is very profitable for America, especially in terms of advertising aircraft, air defense systems, weapons.

Yes, NATO is a military-defensive alliance based on the principle of joint action against any external attack on its members in wartime or peacetime. But from the point of view of the United States, it is at the same time an organization based on economic interests. In this sense, NATO can also be called the US banknote printing house. The question "why" is answered by Aydin University lecturer, retired Brigadier General, Dr. Naim Babüroğlu, who worked at NATO headquarters in Belgium in 1998-2001.

The expert noted: "There is such a thing: war is for money, money is for war. This is how the wheel of military conflict turns. 12 of the world's largest military companies are located in the United States. And America owns about 40% of the pie of arms sales in the world. They don't want less. With the beginning of Russia's military operation in Ukraine — and this is an American scenario and project — the United States is breaking records in arms sales. Realizing their scenario, they sell weapons to the countries of Eastern Europe, Sweden, Finland, the Baltic States — Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, in the south — the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania. So the most important benefit of the United States is money. Washington is waiting for a war to break out somewhere and it will be able to sell weapons, this is a real fact. Due to this, the United States is spinning."

According to Naim Baburoglou, if Sweden and Finland join NATO, the United States will turn all Eastern European countries, as well as these two states, into a weapons depot.

Then the expert continues: "Arms sales are at record levels. For example, NATO's defense budget was approximately $1.1 trillion. Now in 2023 we will see if it will reach two trillion dollars. We are talking about a radical increase, unprecedented in history. From now on, Germany has doubled its defense budget, which has also never happened. All countries have increased military spending. This is exactly what the United States needs. Why? Where is the F-16? In the USA. Who has the F-35, “Patriots” (Patriot)? Again, the United States. Where will all this money go? In the United States, from which they will buy weapons."

Milliyet: In other words, is the US using NATO for money?Naim Babyuroglou: Definitely.

For example, the NATO Secretary General visited Japan and South Korea. What was he doing there? NATO will expand into these territories. Because from 2025 they are going to take aim at China. From now on, NATO will have a zone of responsibility not only in the regions we know, but also in the East China Sea, South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, and will sell weapons there. Perhaps in the future, the United States will make South Korea, Japan, and Australia members of NATO against China. The US plan is to destroy Russia's military power by 2025 and then target China. Thus, together with the United States, NATO will also turn towards China.

— Then the United States can draw Europe into the conflict?— If Putin finds himself in a difficult situation tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and faces the risk of defeat, then Serbia and Kosovo may first, and then military actions may spread to Poland, and this will mean the spread of the conflict to Europe.

Because Poland is a member of NATO, and, therefore, the fifth article will be applied. Then Russia will also launch various missiles at NATO countries and hit various kinds of objects. It can be the Czech Republic, the Baltic States. At any moment, the situation can turn into a stage of global war like the Second World War. Therefore, now they are giving heavy weapons, and tomorrow or the day after tomorrow they can give fighters.

— Not for free, of course?— For free?

The United States will receive many times more or already receive. For example, Poland or Germany gave Ukraine weapons, tanks... Then they buy tanks from the United States and want American tanks themselves, they say, more modern. They buy for money, of course, not for free. The US can provide a certain amount on credit, but in the end they always get it back...

Summing up the above, we note that the United States wants to expand NATO based on security considerations or as a result of pressure. They succeed, however, on the other hand, they also need to sell weapons. Frankly speaking, the US talks about security are also directly related to money. That is, they are purely emotional...
