The launchers of the Yars mobile ground-based missile systems (PGRK) have entered the combat patrol routes in the Barnaul missile compound, strategic rocket launchers will perform the tasks of making a march of up to 100 kilometers, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
"In the Barnaul missile compound, autonomous launchers of mobile ground-based missile systems (PGRK) "Yars" have been deployed on combat patrol routes," the report says.
The calculations of the Yars PGRC will make a march of up to 100 kilometers, perform tasks for the dispersal of units with a change of field positions, their engineering equipment, organization of camouflage and combat protection.
Yars (RS-24) is a strategic missile system with a solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile of mobile and stationary basing with a separable warhead. Teykovskaya, Yoshkar-Ola, Nizhny Tagil, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Barnaul missile divisions have been re-equipped with mobile-based Yars complexes.
