Unknown drones attacked an ammunition production center in Isfahan, Iran, which led to an explosion on the territory of the enterprise. This is reported by the state news agency IRNA.
On Saturday, January 28, an explosion occurred at an ammunition factory in the Iranian city of Isfahan. Later, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic and local authorities confirmed that the company was attacked by drones. According to published data, a total of three drones participated in the attack, one of them was shot down by air defense, and the other two fell into defensive traps, where they worked.

It is emphasized that the damage to the roof of the building is insignificant, the equipment in the workshop was not damaged, the attack did not lead to human casualties. The authorities of Isfahan province confirm the drone raid.
Meanwhile, some sources claim that this incident was not the only one, explosions also sounded at defense enterprises in the cities of Hamadan and Karaj, where military UAVs are assembled. However, there is no official confirmation of this information. Another attack was carried out on an oil refinery in Azarshahr, a large fire broke out there.
At the moment, the ownership of the drones and the cause of the attack have not been established, an investigation is underway.
