According to the results of the competitive selection, Rostec United Engine Corporation won a grant from the Russian Foundation for the Development of Information Technologies (RFRIT) for the revision and implementation of domestic software in the production management system. The amount of grant funding will amount to 764 million rubles, the total cost of the project is 1.025 billion rubles.
The project provides for the transition of the UEC to an IT solution on the 1C platform, the migration of engine-building enterprises to domestic software will begin this month.
The project is being implemented at the initiative of the Government of the Russian Federation and is aimed at achieving technological independence in the field of industrial software. According to the instruction of the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the Industrial Competence Center "Engine Building" was created on the basis of the UEC. The Center is a system-forming institute for the development of the IT industry, its task is to ensure the technological independence of the engine industry in the field of IT. With the funds received, the UEC on the basis of 1C: Cooperation Management will create a system for joint planning and production management at the enterprise level, as well as a management company, taking into account industry requirements.
The project of the United Engine Corporation is included in the list of particularly significant and is included in the roadmap "New Industrial Software". Financing is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Digital Technologies" of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" from the funds of the RFRIT grant, which is part of the group of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF.
"The modern aircraft industry has an ambitious task: to increase the production of aircraft of various types and the corresponding line of aircraft engines by 2030. UEC, as one of the participants in this program, is actively mastering digital technologies designed to ensure timely import substitution and fulfillment of the schedule of deliveries of aircraft engines. The project to finalize and implement a production and supply chain management system with internal cooperation on the 1C platform will become an important tool for solving the tasks set," said Vyacheslav Hristolyubov, Director of Digital Transformation at the United Engine Corporation.
1C: Cooperation Management (1C: UK) is a modern, fully domestic solution for integrated production planning and management at the level of a machine—building enterprise and a management company. The functionality of 1C: UK is wider than its foreign counterparts — primarily within the framework of cooperation of production activities.
The solution is developed with a fully open source configuration on the widely used 1C: Enterprise platform. The platform does not impose restrictions on the order of application of the system within the information landscapes of various enterprises. When designing the architecture, the possibilities of a phased launch of the system are laid. Specialized objects are used — resource specifications that reduce the level of initial requirements for a common set of source data, — said Alexey Kislov, head of the ERP Practices development Group at 1C.
