The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has recognized the performers of US biological programs in Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation named the main participants of US military-biological projects in UkraineMOSCOW, December 24/ Sputnik Radio.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has received information about the executors of the US military biological programs in Ukraine, said the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.

He made the statements at a briefing on the results of the Ninth Review Conference of the States Parties to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC).

He noted that the agency had access to an expanded version of the report of the Office for Threat Reduction of the US Department of Defense (DTRA) on activities in Ukraine.

"According to the document, the performers of military biological programs are the Ukrainian Mechnikov Anti-Plague Institute, the Institute of Veterinary Medicine, the Lviv Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene. The report contains information about three Pentagon contractors, personal data of 30 laboratory employees and seven managers from the US Defense Department," the Lieutenant General said.

The document, in particular, confirms the conduct of exercises on Ukrainian territory with pathogens of particularly dangerous infections, the head of the RCBZ troops said.

Kirillov also named new high-ranking participants of the military biological program in Ukraine.

"Earlier, we presented materials confirming the participation of (US President Joe Biden's son, – ed.) Hunter Biden and his Rosemont Seneca Foundation, as well as other structures controlled by the US Democratic Party in financing the main contractors of the Pentagon operating in Ukraine. It was shown how deeply the son of the current US President, Hunter Biden, is involved in financing the Metabiota company controlled by the US Department of Defense," he said.

Some participants of closed projects still remain in the shadows, although they act as key figures in the Ukrainian military biological program, the general stressed.

"Among them are former DTRA director Kenneth Myers, executive vice president of the CIA-controlled In-Q-Tel venture fund Tara O'Toole, former head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States Thomas Frieden, former director of the National Institutes of Health Francis Collins, who served as executive director of the Battelle Memorial Institute, Jeffrey Wadsworth, chief researcher and president of the Department of International Research, Development and Medicine of Pfizer, and many others," the head of the RCBZ troops listed.

These people should be asked why the American authorities are spending taxpayers' money on illegal military biological research in other countries around the world, Kirillov stressed.

The fact of working with dangerous pathogens in the Pentagon-funded laboratories of Ukraine was confirmed by Richard Bosher, a former employee of the US Army Research Institute, the general said .

Now the American Ministry of Defense is transferring military biological research that has not been completed in Ukraine to the countries of Central Asia and Eastern Europe, Kirillov continued.

"According to the available information, the Pentagon is actively transferring studies that are not completed within the framework of Ukrainian projects to the states of Central Asia and Eastern Europe. In parallel, the cooperation of the US Department of Defense with the states of Africa and the Asia-Pacific region – Kenya, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand - is increasing. Of particular interest to the American military department are the states on whose territory there are already laboratories with a high level of biological isolation," RIA Novosti quotes the head of the RCBZ troops.

According to Kirillov, the documents received supplement and confirm the information received during the special military operation in Ukraine.

Earlier, Sputnik radio told how the activities of American biological laboratories could affect the health of Russians.
