After that, the President held a meeting with the heads of defense industry organizations to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation involved in a military special operation. Putin also expressed hope that in 2023 the state defense order will be fulfilled in full.

"This is a serious task that the industry will have to solve," he said. — The meeting was dedicated to ensuring the needs of the special operation, and it was not by chance that it was assembled in Tula. This is a high-precision system that surpasses the American HIMARS in its tactical and technical characteristics. Tula produces combat small arms, modules, guns for infantry fighting vehicles and much more. All this is in demand in the SVO zone.

— In the areas of the settlements of Kislovka, Starch and Berestove, Kharkiv region, more than 30 Ukrainian servicemen, two infantry fighting vehicles and four cars were destroyed, — said the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.
Two VFU sabotage and reconnaissance groups were destroyed in the Krasnolimansk direction. The enemy's losses during the day amounted to more than 40 servicemen and mercenaries, three armored combat vehicles and two pickups.

In the Donetsk direction, Russian troops continued offensive operations. More than 80 servicemen and mercenaries, two tanks, five armored fighting vehicles and six cars were destroyed.
Up to 45 Ukrainian servicemen, four armored personnel carriers and three pickup trucks were destroyed in the South Donetsk direction during the day.
Operational-tactical, army aviation, missile troops and artillery of Russia hit 62 artillery units in firing positions, two warehouses of artillery ammunition of the VFU, a US-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery warfare station and a station of the Ukrainian S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.
Two US-made M777 artillery systems and two Ukrainian Grad multiple launch rocket vehicles were destroyed, from which shelling of DPR settlements was carried out.

The Russian Air defense forces shot down ten drones and two rockets of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system manufactured by the United States in the area of the village of Komissarovka in the LPR during the day.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 351 aircraft, 189 helicopters, 2704 unmanned aerial vehicles, 399 anti-aircraft missile systems, 7207 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 936 multiple rocket launchers, 3702 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 7722 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed, Igor Konashenkov listed.

During the reconnaissance, Lieutenant Roman Kutuzov's guard unit discovered a camouflaged enemy observation post. Observing all the rules of disguise, the unit bypassed the observation post and attacked it from two sides.
— Thanks to the competent and non—standard actions of the unit under the leadership of Roman Kutuzov, the enemy observation post was destroyed, which allowed the offensive to continue, - the military department said.
