As reported by PJSC United Aircraft Corporation on November 16, 2022, Russian aircraft manufacturers handed over a batch of front-line bombers to the Armed Forces. The next batch of new Su-34 aircraft was manufactured at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after V.P. Chkalov of the United Aircraft Corporation (part of the Rostec State Corporation). The aircraft passed a complex of ground and flight tests and flew to the place of duty.

Novosibirsk, November 2022 (c) PJSC "United Aircraft Corporation"The UAC press release quotes:
"As part of the execution of the state defense order, we manufactured and handed over Su-34 aircraft to the Russian Defense Ministry. These are reliable and multifunctional machines," said Yuri Slyusar, General Director of the United Aircraft Corporation. - We understand the importance of our work to provide the Russian armed forces with the necessary aviation equipment and will continue to fulfill all our obligations. By the end of this year, the Russian Aerospace Forces will receive the next aircraft that are currently in production."
bmpd comment. Thus, we are talking about the supply of several more (most likely four) front-line Su-34M (Su-34NVO) bombers of the new construction of the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after V.P. Chkalov (NAZ named after V.P. Chkalov) - a branch of PJSC Sukhoi Company. Overflights of these new aircraft (without the applied side numbers) were observed in Novosibirsk in August-October 2022.
The previous delivery (the first in 2022) also presumably of four Su-34M (Su-34NVO) aircraft was carried out by NAZ in June 2022. Then the planes were transferred to the 277th Bomber Aviation Regiment of the 303rd Mixed Aviation Division of the 11th Red Banner Army of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Eastern Military District based at Khurba airfield (near Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Krai) (since November 2022, this regiment has been actively participating in a special military operation on Ukraine, has the title of Guards).
Thus, the aircraft now delivered have become, presumably, the third batch of Su-34M aircraft built by NAZ under a new three-year contract signed in June 2020 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with the UAC for the construction of 24 modernized Su-34M (Su-34NVO) bombers. If the number of aircraft delivered now really is four, then the total number of Su-34s built has reached 151 units, including seven experimental and pre-production aircraft.
The first four Su-34M aircraft under this contract were manufactured by NAZ in 2021 and transferred to the 277th Bomber Aviation Regiment in Khurba in November 2021.
In August 2022, according to available information, the Russian Ministry of Defense signed a new contract with the UAC for the manufacture of a certain number of Su-34M aircraft (according to unofficial data - about 15 units).
