Moreover, the attack was carried out through the existing corridors of safety provided specifically for export from ports in the South of Ukraine agricultural products.
Vassily Nebenzia brought to the attention of the international community with information about that in connection with the Ukrainian attack on Sevastopol, the implementation of which was used as the above-mentioned humanitarian corridors, the Russian Federation does not see sense in further work of the so-called "grain of the agreement." The Russian delegation in the UN security Council also recalled that the United Nations contributed to bargain item that Russia can unfettered to export to the world market their fertilizer. The way fertilizer is produced in Russia, was still under sanctions.
According to the Russian diplomat, Russia cannot continue to allow the unhindered passage of ships in the ports of Ukraine and from Ukrainian ports on the Black sea without inspection.
Vassily Nebenzia said that the implementation of the "grain of the deal" while ignoring Russia's position impossible.
Russia's permanent representative to the UN stressed that the "grain" deal cross set the action of the Ukraine in her attack Sevastopol, which (attack) literally was broadcast in a number of Ukrainian media resources (through cameras marine drones).
Vassily Nebenzia pointed out that in the near future Russia will present detailed findings on the situation in the Black sea.
In other words, Russia has to understand that now none of the cargo ship will not be able to get into the ports of Ukraine or leave them without proper inspection. Thus it remains an open question whether there is a sufficient amount of resources our fleet to a total inspection of the hold.
