American-made HIMARS MLRS installations were serviced at this enterprise, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. The Defense Ministry also told about the results of the meeting of 89 States parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons. At it, the Russian Defense Ministry presented evidence confirming the work of the United States on military biological programs on the territory of Ukraine. Experts believe that Russia should continue to raise this issue, as well as demand the closure of American biological laboratories.
HIMARS without factory
On September 19, the Russian Aerospace Forces, rocket troops and artillery continued to deliver massive strikes on the units and reserves of the VFU, as well as on military infrastructure facilities.
— In the city of Zaporozhye, a high—precision strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed workshops at the Iskra plant, in which American installations of HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems were serviced, - said the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.
Ukrainian armed formations often use these MLRS to attack rear infrastructure facilities and peaceful cities.

Fighting continues in Donbass. The Allied forces stopped an attempt by the armed formations of Ukraine to enter the city of Kremennaya, the head of the DPR (Donetsk People's Republic) said Denis Pushilin.
— I'm talking about the last night, the evening, the enemy tried to break into Kremennaya, the allied forces did not allow this, — he clarified.
According to him, the DPR troops are advancing in several directions.
— The situation is relatively stable in the Donetsk, Gorlovka, and Ugledar directions, somewhere our units continue to move forward, albeit at a small pace, but they are still moving forward, - Denis Pushilin said.
Experiments on the poor
From September 5 to 9, a meeting of the States Parties to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) with the participation of delegations from 89 countries was held in Geneva on the initiative of Russia. The Russian Defense Ministry handed them copies of documents, as well as physical evidence confirming the implementation of military biological programs on the territory of Ukraine, including with the participation of the United States of America.
The documents referred to the construction of military laboratories along the borders, the collection of strains of particularly dangerous microorganisms specific to certain territories, and the testing of toxic drugs on humans.

Neither Ukraine nor the United States presented convincing evidence at the meetings that such cooperation helped to improve the sanitary and epidemiological situation, which has been steadily deteriorating in the country over the past 15 years.
The American delegation partially acknowledged the facts of conducting research on military personnel, low-income citizens and patients of psychiatric hospitals, but stated that they were conducted in compliance with ethical standards, and the transfer of biomaterials from Ukraine to the United States "was infrequent."
The Defense Ministry said that the Russian speeches forced many states to think about the risks of interaction with the Pentagon in the military-biological sphere, as well as to take a fresh look at the necessity and expediency of such cooperation.
— For the first time we raised this issue more than a year ago, and then there was no reaction, — former Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ordzhonikidze told Izvestia. — Few people wanted to believe, to listen. And as we began to get to the bottom of this dramatic and dangerous problem, people in many countries began to think: what is going on there? How dangerous is it for the whole world and for each individual? There are indisputable things that indicate that Americans are involved in this.
According to the diplomat, the most terrible thing is biological experiments that are carried out by order and with the participation of the United States in laboratories scattered along the perimeter of our country's borders: in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ukraine, and other former republics of our country.
— The most alarming thing is that, obviously, each of the parties has obligations to the Americans — not to disclose the nature of the work that is being carried out there. And why are these works classified? It's very simple — the secret is always the work related to weapons. Why keep secret the activities related to improving the quality of medicines?

Russia should definitely continue to raise this issue and demand the closure of laboratories in all these countries, Sergei Ordzhonikidze believes.
— This is a direct threat to the security of our country, — he is sure. — It is necessary that the parliamentary commission work more actively, speak more in the press. And what we have raised at the international level is certainly important. We must continue to raise this issue. They have already admitted that there were laboratories, but they will never admit what they are doing there.
He also recalled that the United States quickly turned off and evacuated the laboratory in Ukraine after the start of a special operation.
"This is another sign that they are not conducting experiments there in order to get the best medicines for people, but purely military work," he concluded.
Another Su-25 was shot down
The armed forces of the Russian Federation also struck at accumulations of enemy manpower and equipment.
— During the day, high-precision weapons of the VKS struck the places of concentration of manpower and military equipment of the 53rd, 58th, 93rd mechanized brigades in the areas of the settlements of Toretsk, Zaitsevo, Nikolaevka, as well as the 80th airborne assault brigade in the area of the settlement of Seversk of the Donetsk People's Republic. More than 200 Ukrainian servicemen and eleven armored vehicles were destroyed," Igor Konashenkov said.
A high-precision strike on the concentration of troops of the 46th Airmobile Brigade destroyed three armored vehicles and up to 15 Ukrainian servicemen.
As a result of the fire attack on the temporary deployment point of the 59th Motorized Infantry Brigade units, enemy losses amounted to more than 30 servicemen killed and more than 50 wounded.

In addition, as a result of massive fire strikes on the places of concentration of personnel and equipment of the 128th mountain assault Brigade, the 102nd Air Defense Brigade, as well as the temporary deployment point of the national battalion "Carpathian Sich", more than 70 nationalists and four armored vehicles were destroyed.
Seven command posts, 52 artillery units and 134 troop concentration areas were destroyed by the strikes of operational-tactical, army aviation, missile troops and artillery.
Russian air defense shot down a Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force in the Alexandrovka area of the Kherson region, 14 unmanned aerial vehicles, two American HARM anti-radar missiles in the area of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region, two Tochka-U missiles and 24 HIMARS and Alder multiple launch rocket systems.
— In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 294 aircraft, 155 helicopters, 1995 unmanned aerial vehicles, 375 anti—aircraft missile systems, 5028 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 839 multiple rocket launchers, 3401 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 5692 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed, - Igor listed Konashenkov.
Fire support
The Russian Defense Ministry told about the new feats of soldiers and officers during the military special operation.
Sergeant Sergey Petrushchenkov, as part of the tank crew, held a strategically important area. The VFU tried to break through the defensive lines and take control of it. Sergei revealed the militants' plan in time, reported it to the command and joined the battle. With fire from a tank gun and a machine gun, he destroyed two infantry fighting vehicles and up to 10 nationalists.
During the shelling, Sergei's tank was hit by a shell, and Sergei himself was wounded, but refused to leave the battlefield. His comrades gave him first aid, and he continued to fight. When the militants' attack was repulsed, the tank crew relocated to a reserve position, and Sergei was taken to a field medical center.

From the first days of his senior Lieutenant Vladislav Terzeman has been organizing uninterrupted communication in the troops. During a fierce battle with the VFU, equipment was damaged. The senior lieutenant, under artillery and mortar fire, restored the functioning of the failed unit in the shortest possible time.
Thanks to his competent actions, the communication of the group's command post with subordinate units was promptly restored. This helped to launch a retaliatory artillery strike against the militia police. As a result, five armored vehicles and more than 20 nationalists were destroyed.
The rocket battery of Senior Lieutenant Artem Shultz performed artillery support for Russian units. Under the constant fire of the enemy, he promptly made decisions on conducting artillery fire and changing firing positions, causing significant damage to the VFU.
During the battle, Artyom, together with the personnel of the platoon calculations, destroyed an enemy observation post, two mortar sections, five pieces of equipment and more than 30 Ukrainian nationalists.
— The coordinated work of the personnel of Senior Lieutenant Artem Shultz disrupted the enemy's offensive and threw him back to his original lines, — the military department said.
When the fire stopped, the senior lieutenant led the unit to pre-prepared positions.
Petty Officer Anatoly Serbin on an armored personnel carrier BTR-82A was carrying out the task of fire support for motorized rifle units when he discovered a group of Ukrainian saboteurs in the forest belt. Having reported this to the command, Anatoly, together with the crew of an armored car, destroyed two mortar crews of the nationalists.
Retreating, the enemy struck back. Serbin brought his armored vehicle to a reserve position, continuing to carry out the task, while preserving the life and health of subordinates and preventing the failure of the entrusted weapons and military equipment, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
