The Pentagon has funded over 30 Ukrainian biolabs in Tashkent.

INTERFAX - As part of the implementation of the American military biological program in Ukraine, components of biological weapons were being developed, strains of dangerous microorganisms were being collected and exported to the United States, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of defense ministers of the SCO member states on Wednesday.
"I especially want to note the facts of the implementation of the American military biological program in Ukraine revealed during the special operation. The documents released by us confirm that the Pentagon has funded more than 30 Ukrainian biolabs. High-risk studies were conducted secretly, with the participation and guidance of specialists from the United States," Shoigu said.
As part of this program, he said, "components of biological weapons were developed, methods of destabilizing the epidemiological situation were tested, collection and export to the United States of America were carried out."
