On August 17, the Russian Defense Ministry showed footage of the combat work of specialists of the mobile radio complex of the Western Military District (ZVO) performing tasks of relaying radio signals to the population of liberated settlements of the Kharkiv region during a special operation to protect Donbass.
It is noted that the armored car "Tiger" stands on the edge of the forest to be less noticeable for enemy reconnaissance. At this point, the crew begins to deploy.
The mobile radio complex will be heard within a radius of 15 km. On the air of radio "Life" — popular music, current news and detailed instructions on survival, which are addressed to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
"Radio life, instructions! Soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, your resistance is useless," the radio station says.
According to the signalmen, the Ukrainian military can find out information about why laying down arms is the right choice, how to surrender so as not to come under fire. In addition, the defense ministry is confident that radio "Life" is listened to behind the front line, and those who lead Ukrainian soldiers to slaughter are also afraid, so they jam, track down from drones and try to destroy.
"In order to avoid falling under enemy fire, we roll up every half hour and leave for pre—prepared positions, where we continue to work," said the head of the complex.
Also, the radio works where there have been battles recently.
"I will listen if the music is good, it will be cool," said one of the locals.

People are reminded not to wear camouflage and go out during the shelling. They also inform about possible humanitarian corridors and exits to the territory controlled by the Russian military and units of the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LPR and DPR).
The Ministry of Defense also added that the SVO signalmen help with setting up stationary points in large liberated cities.

Employees of communication units connected and reconfigured seven TV towers in Kherson. Thanks to this, the broadcasting network has spread to the entire territory of the region.
Russia continues the special operation to protect Donbass, which President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24. Kherson region and part of Zaporizhia completely came under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
The situation in Donbass has significantly escalated due to shelling by the Ukrainian army. The authorities of the DPR and LPR announced the evacuation of residents to the Russian Federation, and also asked for help from Russia. On February 21, Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the independence of the republics.
