TSAMTO, July 27. Sergey Sakhnenko, General Director of the United Instrument-Making Corporation, the managing organization of the Rostec Holding Roselectronics, presented promising domestic solutions for ensuring information security and creating a trusted IT infrastructure to the Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov.
During a working meeting at the Research Institute of the State Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia, Alexander Kurenkov and Sergey Sakhnenko discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the field of protecting the population and territories from emergencies, taking into account the requirements of import substitution in terms of equipment and software products.
The Minister got acquainted with the Outpost computer attack detection, monitoring and prevention system developed by Automatika Concern. The solution provides information security of state and corporate information systems and can be used to simulate scenarios for responding to various types of threats.
The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia was also shown service and border routers manufactured by NPP "Istok" named after Shokin. Due to the high degree of information security, the equipment is the optimal solution for creating a trusted information infrastructure. Due to the use of PoE ports on the basis of routers, a video surveillance system can be deployed and IP telephony can be organized.
Alexander Kurenkov was presented with the first domestic KVM switch for managing a dozen computers from one workplace. The device created by NPP "Salyut" on the basis of Russian components provides full-featured remote access to personal computers, laptops and server equipment, which allows you to significantly optimize the work of IT specialists.
"Today, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is implementing a technical re-equipment program until 2030, and we are ready to provide the Ministry with high-tech products, the level of which meets international standards. The use of domestic solutions will ensure the technological independence of key aspects of the department's work, as well as stimulate the development of Russian manufacturing enterprises," said Sergey Sakhnenko, General Director of the United Instrument Corporation.
To solve computational, analytical and operational tasks during rescue operations, Alexander Kurenkov was shown a protected laptop "Rejet ST", manufactured at the Luch plant. Thanks to the use of magnesium alloy in the production of the case, the developers managed to reduce the weight of the device by 30% while maintaining the technical characteristics of strength and tightness.
During the meeting, the Minister also got acquainted with the equipment for creating supercomputer networks based on the Angara communication network, the Groza tropospheric communication station, the IVA AVES secure videoconferencing software package, the desktop virtualization platform, and a line of gas analyzers for environmental safety.
