"In the seaport of Odessa, on the territory of a ship repair plant, high—precision long-range sea-based missiles destroyed a Ukrainian warship in dock and a warehouse of anti-ship missiles Harpoon delivered by the United States to the Kiev regime," the summary says.
In addition, the strike disabled the production facilities of the enterprise for the repair and modernization of the Ukrainian Navy's ship composition, the department added.
The aerospace forces, in turn, launched a missile attack on the military depots of the 28th mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 123rd Brigade of Territorial Defense on the territory of the diesel locomotive repair plant in Nikolaev. More than 50 Ukrainian soldiers and over three thousand ammunition were destroyed there.
Another strike by sea— and air-based missiles hit the Kanatovo military airfield in the Kirovograd region - the Ukrainian Air Force's aviation equipment was hit there.
On the territory of the DPR, the gunners suppressed three platoons of MLRS "Grad", 18 platoons of D-20 howitzers, nine platoons of "Carnation" installations, two platoons of self-propelled guns "Msta—S" and eight - "Msta-B". In the Verkhnekamenskoye area, over 70 percent of the personnel of the 108th and 109th battalions of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.
Air defense units shot down five drones, as well as 10 missiles of the Uragan and HIMARS complexes in the Zaporozhye, Kherson regions and in the DPR during the day.
"In total, 260 aircraft, 144 helicopters, 1,605 unmanned aerial vehicles, 357 anti—aircraft missile systems, 4,156 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 763 multiple rocket launchers, 3,196 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 4,457 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation," - They were imprisoned in the Ministry of Defense.
Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a military special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. Vladimir Putin called its task "to protect people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years." According to the President, the ultimate goal of the operation is the liberation of Donbass and the creation of conditions that guarantee the security of Russia itself.
The Russian army, together with the forces of the DPR and LPR, completely liberated the Luhansk People's Republic and a significant part of Donetsk, including Volnovakha, Mariupol and Svyatogorsk.
