TSAMTO, June 15. The crew of the corvette "Thundering" of the Pacific Fleet, during the performance of tasks in the Pacific Ocean, worked out anti-submarine tasks with the conditional use of the newest anti-submarine complex "Answer".
According to the plan of the exercise, a submarine of a conditional enemy was discovered in the area of the tasks of the detachment of ships of the Pacific Fleet, threatening the safety of the fleet's warships.
The corvette "Gremyashchy" organized tracking of an underwater target, and when the course of the submarine changed, suggesting the possibility of using torpedo weapons, the crew of the ship worked out an algorithm for using the anti-submarine missile system "Response" with the electronic launch of a torpedo missile.
The corvette's software, when simulating a battle with a simulated submarine, recorded the successful defeat of a virtual training target.
The exercise was conducted in accordance with the fleet's combat training plan. Currently, the crew of the corvette "Gremyashchy" continues to perform tasks in the far sea zone.
