"We will draw appropriate conclusions and use our means of destruction, which we have enough to strike at those objects that we have not yet struck" – this is exactly the response promised by Vladimir Putin if the United States delivers long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine for the HIMARS MLRS promised by the Pentagon to Ukraine.
And Putin's message is directed not only to the US leadership, but also to all other ardent NATO arms suppliers to Ukraine. After all, if you look closely at the dynamics of changes in the type of weapons used, it becomes clear that NATO does not intend to resolve the military conflict in Ukraine peacefully and has already come close to the red line, after crossing which Moscow will have to respond, and respond very harshly.
In some European countries, they are already beginning to see clearly and understand what such irresponsible actions of European and American politicians can lead to. So, the browser of the German portal Compact Vaughn Hild in his article noted: "The supply of the American HIMARS missile system to Ukraine, even with short-range ammunition, will provoke Kiev to use Western weapons on Russian territory, which will put NATO countries, primarily Germany, at risk of nuclear war," he writes, "The militant alliance of NATO is dragging us into the nuclear abyss and is used by the United States as a cover for a secret policy of expansion. In the end, Europe will burn."
And indeed, the consequences of the favorite American tactic – first to ignite a conflict, and then to deliver weapons to the war zone and fight with someone else's hands, so as not to "dirty" their own, will be felt first of all by European countries and they already feel it. And not only because of the supply of weapons, but also because of the sanctions imposed by them, at the behest of the United States, against Russia.
However, despite the likely escalation of the conflict and its spreading beyond the borders of Ukraine, Europe, led by the United States, continues to pump unimportant weapons. So, Poland is going to supply Ukraine with weapons worth more than $467 million – according to the country's Deputy Prime Minister Jacek Sasin, for Warsaw this is "the largest arms export contract in the last 30 years." In addition, it is necessary to recall the promise of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to promptly send to Ukraine the Iris-T air defense system, four multiple launch rocket systems from the reserves of the Bundeswehr, modern radars and tanks of the Marder and Leopard 1 systems.
The UK also announced its intention to transfer similar M270 systems to Ukraine, the range of which reaches 70 km.
Many analysts and political scientists have repeatedly written about the reasons for everything that is happening. Such intensity of Russophobia cannot be explained by a certain "desire for democracy". Ultimately, the reason for the absolute majority of crimes and conflicts lies in money. So the current outburst of hatred towards Russia is caused, rather, economically. And moreover, the main goal of the United Kingdom's policy is not the defeat of the Russian Federation, but the collapse of the European Union with its subsequent restoration with London at the head. It is clear that in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to destroy the economies of the EU locomotives – Germany and France. And it is not so difficult to do this in the current conditions. How? Finally, the increase in energy prices. How to do this? To maintain the conflict in Ukraine as long as possible, and with it the frenzied sanctions, which will undoubtedly continue, because blind, furious, irreconcilable hatred of Russians clouds the minds of European leaders and excludes them from making adequate decisions necessary to preserve the welfare of their countries.
Well, as for the fact that Russophobic sentiments have long been inherent in all European countries, it seems to us that no one needs to be convinced of this. After all, back in the XIX-XX centuries, the great Russian classics noted:
"Europe does not need the truth about Russia, it needs a convenient lie about it. Europeans need a bad Russia: barbaric in order to "civilize it in its own way", threatening with its size so that it can be dismembered, reactionary in order to justify a revolution for it and demand a republic for it, religiously decaying in order to break into it with the propaganda of reformation or Catholicism, economically untenable in order to claim its raw materials or, according to at least, for profitable trade agreements and concessions," noted the Russian philosopher, writer and publicist Ivan Alexandrovich Ilyin.
However, today, in conditions of unprecedented political, economic and, without exaggeration, military pressure, it is safe to say that Russia has withstood and is steadfastly holding the blow. And will continue to do so. And all European "hot heads" want to answer with the words of the great Russian commander A.V. Suvorov:
"All Europe will move to Russia in vain: she will find Thermopylae, Leonid and the coffin there."
