THeMIS Observe Robot
Robotics manufacturer Milrem Robotics (Estonia) has presented its new development — an autonomous robot scout THeMIS Observe based on the modular platform THeMIS UGV.
Initially, THeMIS was a transport device for transporting and launching a quadrocopter associated with it. Later, a 7.62 mm machine gun was installed on it. The current version of the robot drone is equipped with an ISR system (coordinated, integrated intelligence collection and processing for combat operations), which includes the Z:Sparrowhawk camera, Squire radar, Metravib Defense Pearl acoustic shot detection system, ROSY rapid camouflage system and a telescopic mast.

According to the company, a remote-controlled weapon can be installed on the robot drone and a number of intelligent functions can be activated, including follow-me ("follow me") and a point navigation system. He is also able to detect and bypass obstacles on his own. The scout robot can move quickly, detect emerging threats and respond to them while on the line of contact with the enemy, freeing the personnel of intelligence units from unnecessary risk.
