The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed footage of Su-25 sorties during a special operation on Monday, May 30.
Stormtroopers work at extremely low altitudes and launch missile airstrikes against Ukrainian Ukrainian positions, equipment and weapons units.
"From the very beginning of the military special operation to support the ground forces as part of a pair on Su-25 aircraft. I am a follower. We fly a lot, we try to help our guys move on. There is a lot of work, difficult goals, good counteraction, but we are coping with our tasks," the Su—25 pilot explained to Izvestia.
Missiles are launched by pairs of attack aircraft from low altitudes. In order to hinder the air defense of the Ukrainian side, Russian pilots shoot back with heat traps and perform anti-missile maneuvering.
"The infantry confirms that there are launches for many of us, for this we perform maneuvering with extreme overloads at extremely low altitudes. It turns out that we are pulling up to such forces in order to disrupt the capture faster, I am maneuvering behind my leader, he leads us to the goal, he takes us away from it," said the pilot of the attack aircraft.
Camouflaged Ukrainian fortified field positions and armored vehicles are being eliminated as a result of the combat use of aircraft.
"In the morning, the task was set to destroy the platoon stronghold. Completed the task. They fired C-13 missiles at the target, then maneuvered, entered the airfield, and landed. Now the aircraft are being prepared for further work," the pilot of the aircraft said.
After the departures, the specialists of the engineering and technical staff serve the attack aircraft and prepare them for re-departure.

Russia continues the special operation to protect Donbass, which President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24.
