The Russian Defense Ministry told about the scheme of financing dangerous research in a neighboring country
Biological laboratories in Ukraine worked with the participation of non-governmental organizations and large pharmaceutical companies in the United States, Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological Protection Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, said on May 11. According to experts, biological weapons were being developed in laboratories, and the United States did everything to remove material evidence of this activity from the territory of Ukraine. On the same day, the head of the National Defense Control Center announced a provocation in the Kharkiv region. Late on Wednesday evening, a Russian village in the Belgorod region was shelled from the Ukrainian side, as a result of which one person was killed and six were injured.
Laboratories with the Clintons' money
The Russian military department has published documents related to the activities of US biological laboratories in Ukraine. Igor Kirillov announced the revealed facts of work with pathogens-potential agents of biological weapons: cholera, tularemia, plague, anthrax, hantaviruses. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense noted that in December 2021, Ukraine sent a request to the manufacturer about the possibility of equipping Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles with mounted aerosol equipment.
In March and April, drones equipped with equipment for spraying biological formulations were found in the territories of the Kherson region and in the area of the settlement of Kakhovka, which casts doubt on the statements of American experts that there are no grounds to assert the development of biological weapons in Ukraine, the head of the RCBZ stressed.
According to him, the Ministry of Defense managed to clarify the scheme of interaction of US government agencies with Ukrainian biological laboratories. He called the leaders of the Democratic Party the ideologists of the US military-biological activity in Ukraine, who formed through the executive authorities the legislative framework for direct financing of military-biological research from the federal budget. Non-governmental organizations, biotechnological, as well as investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros, Biden were involved. Thanks to the increase in the incomes of organizations controlled by Democrats, the leaders of this party receive additional financial revenues for their election campaigns and hide their distribution.
Igor Kirillov added that large pharmaceutical corporations, including Pfizer, Moderna, Merck, Parexel, as well as Gilead, a company associated with the Pentagon, are involved in this scheme. Along with them, Ukrainian state structures that conceal illegal activities are involved in military biological activities.
— The United States established these laboratories with a specific purpose — conducting biological warfare against our country, — former Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Ordzhonikidze told Izvestia. — That is why they are located on the perimeter of our borders. And these laboratories were engaged in the development of weapons to influence the armed forces and citizens of our country. And this was done not directly through the Pentagon, but through various funds, programs and private companies. Of course, the American authorities will deny everything, they will say that private companies worked there, and they do not know what they did there. Conducted some experiments. But it's no coincidence that they evacuated everything they could so quickly. Essentially, they hid the evidence. Ends in the water, as they say.
The Defense Ministry on Wednesday noted that in addition to the United States, other NATO countries are engaged in the implementation of their military biological projects on the territory of Ukraine. The Russian military department has documents confirming Germany's cooperation with the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine within the framework of the "Biological Safety Program". On the German side, the program involves the Institute of Microbiology of the Armed Forces of Germany (Munich), the Robert Koch Institute (Berlin), the Leffler Institute (Greifswald) and the Nocht Institute of Tropical Medicine (Hamburg).
The documents disclose information regarding the cooperation of the reference laboratory of the Central Medical Institution of the Ministry of Health with the Berichard Nocht Institute of Tropical Medicine (Hamburg).
Within the framework of a joint project conducted in the period from 2016 to 2019, 3,500 serum samples of healthy individuals who live in 25 regions were "selected" to study the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever. During the project, German specialists visited the MZU's Central Research Center twice a year to conduct training and trainings.
Some documents contain evidence of Poland's involvement in conducting research on dangerous diseases in Ukraine. The fact of the participation of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the Warsaw University of Natural Sciences in studies aimed at assessing epidemic threats and the spread of rabies virus among domestic and wild animals in Ukraine has been confirmed. They were conducted jointly with the American Battelle Institute, a Pentagon contractor.
In addition, the fact of Poland's financing of the Lviv Medical University, which includes the Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene, one of the participants in US military biological projects, has been documented.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that they had studied documents indicating the deliberate use of a multidrug-resistant tuberculosis pathogen in 2020 to infect the population of the Slavyanoserbsky district of the LPR: leaflets in the form of counterfeit banknotes infected with the tuberculosis pathogen were distributed among minors in the Stepovoye settlement. The behavior of young children who like to "pull everything into their mouths" and take food with unwashed hands was taken into account.
According to the conclusion of the Lugansk Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, "... the infection of banknotes was carried out, most likely, by artificial means, since the material contains extremely dangerous strains of the pathogen in a concentration capable of providing infection and the development of the tuberculosis process ...".
"We have received new information revealing details of the Pentagon's inhuman experiments on Ukrainian citizens in Psychiatric Hospital No. 1 (Strelechye village, Kharkiv region)," Igor Kirillov said. The experimental subjects were male patients 40-60 years old with a high stage of physical exhaustion.
In order to hide their affiliation with the United States, experts conducting biological research arrived through the territories of third countries. In January 2022, all foreign experts were urgently evacuated from the country, and the equipment and drugs they used were taken to the western regions of Ukraine.
Fertilizers for provocations
— The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has information about the preparation of provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of using weapons of mass destruction, followed by an investigation according to the "Syrian scenario", which allows fabricating the necessary evidence and appointing the perpetrators, — Igor Kirillov said on May 11.
According to him, this is confirmed by the requests of the Kiev administration for the supply of personal protective equipment for the skin and respiratory organs, providing protection from toxic chemicals and biological damaging agents. Since the beginning of 2022, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has received from the United States more than 220 thousand ampoules of antidotes of organophosphorus toxic substances, as well as preparations for special treatment and disinfection.
Later, the head of the National Defense Control Center, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, said that on May 11, in the area of the village of Dolgenkoye, Kharkiv region, SBU officers and militants blew up a tank with fertilizers, presumably ammonium nitrate, to accuse the Russian military of using chemical weapons. As a result, a cloud of orange smoke formed, which dissipated after a while. There are no casualties among the military and the local population, Mizintsev said.

According to Mizintsev, in total, in residential quarters and on the territories of more than ten large industrial enterprises of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, nationalists blocked more than 90 thousand civilians, hiding behind them as a "human shield".
—Any attempts by civilians to evacuate to safe areas on their own, both towards Russia and to the territories controlled by the Kiev authorities, are severely suppressed by the militants of nationalist battalions," Mikhail Mizintsev said.
The head of the National Defense Management Center called on the world community, the UN, OSCE, the Red Cross and other international organizations to immediately take all measures for the speedy safe evacuation of civilians in these cities.
Attacks and facilities
On the evening of May 11, the Russian village of Solokhi was shelled from Ukraine, the governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov said in his Telegram channel. According to him, one house was partially destroyed, there was smoke outside the settlement due to a fire in the reeds. According to official data, one person was killed and six were injured as a result of the shelling.
On this day, Russian tactical and army aviation hit 93 objects, including two control points, 69 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment, three ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
— Missile troops and artillery units hit 407 areas of concentration of manpower and military equipment, destroyed 13 control points, four positions of anti-aircraft missile systems "Osa-AKM" and 14 ammunition depots. As a result of the strikes, more than 280 nationalists were destroyed, 59 units of military equipment were disabled," said the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Major General Igor Konashenkov.
Air defense means destroyed nine Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, including four near the city of Balakleya in the Kharkiv region, three near the city of Rubezhnoye of the Luhansk People's Republic, one near the island of Snake, as well as one "Bayraktar-TB2" near the settlement of Arkhangelsk in the Mykolaiv region.
— In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 164 aircraft, 125 helicopters, 807 unmanned aerial vehicles, 302 anti—aircraft missile systems, 2,998 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 360 multiple rocket launchers, 1,455 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2808 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed, - Igor Konashenkov listed.
On Wednesday, the Russian Defense Ministry also told about the servicemen who showed courage and dedication during the fighting.
Tactical airborne troops, which included Corporal Egor Varushkin, performed the task of taking control of one of the airfields. Immediately after landing from the Mi-8 helicopter, he engaged in battle with superior enemy forces. The paratroopers destroyed the on-duty firing means and hidden MANPADS positions, and took control of the airfield's command and control center.
Senior Lieutenant Nikolai Okorokov commanded a motorized rifle platoon carrying out the task of liberating the settlement. In one of the directions, the unit found a well-equipped defensive line. The officer, having correctly assessed the terrain, together with his subordinates attacked the Ukrainian positions.
"Thanks to the courageous and selfless actions of Senior Lieutenant Nikolai Okorokov, as well as the high professionalism of his subordinates, the Ukrainian nationalists suffered losses and continued to surrender their positions," the Russian military department noted.
The squad commander, Sergeant Mikhail Chekulaev, conducted reconnaissance of the area near the settlement that was under the control of the AFU. He found a fortified area and a formation of more than 10 people, which was preparing an ambush for Russian servicemen. Mikhail decided to distribute subordinates: while one group was firing, the second, together with the commander, came from the rear. As stated in the Ministry of Defense, by his actions, Senior Sergeant Mikhail Chekulaev ensured the success of the offensive operation of his brigade to liberate the settlement.
