The Polish command decided not to take risks, and dismantled the secret equipment from the modernized T-72M1R sent to Ukraine.
According to the "RG: Russian weapons", Warsaw transfers about 230 T-72 tanks to the Kiev regime troops, including a number of recently upgraded samples.
They are equipped with thermal imaging sights with cameras of the 3rd generation, which are significantly superior to the devices developed in the 70s, requiring illumination with infrared spotlights, which very unmask the equipment.
New NATO-standard radio stations, satellite navigation equipment and elements of an automated system through which military units are controlled were also mounted on tanks. Apparently, the latter is exactly the secret equipment that they decided not to shine in Ukraine. There is a great risk that such T-72M1RS can become trophies in good condition.
Interestingly, the Polish military for some reason forgot to install dynamic protection on these tanks, which makes them very vulnerable.
