TSAMTO, April 29. The Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov visited the Lukhovitsky branch of the MiG Corporation (part of PJSC UAC of Rostec State Corporation).
During the visit, he discussed with the management of the plant the prospects for expanding production, inspected the progress of work on the assembly of prototypes of the Il-114-300 passenger aircraft, talked with the employees of the V.P. Voronin LAZ and presented certificates of honor to the best employees of the enterprise.
The expansion of production is planned to begin in 2022. In this regard, a large-scale recruitment of personnel of working specialties has been opened. The plant plans to employ more than 500 new employees this year.
"The Lukhovitsky Plant needs skilled workers and is ready to provide them with decent working conditions and wages and an improvement in the quality of life," said Acting Director of the Voronin Manhole Robert Ilyasov.
Andrey Vorobyov, in turn, noted the importance of an integrated approach on the part of the company to attract staff. At the end of the visit, he awarded the employees of the Voronin LAZ with Certificates of Honor and thanks from the Governor of the Moscow Region. Among the laureates are ten best specialists of various professions and specialties, including the acting director of the plant, Robert Ilyasov.
"I came here to say words of gratitude to the team that makes both civilian and military aircraft. Today it is very much in demand. For our part, we should discuss the issues of improvement, the quality of housing, the work of public transport – something that worries people. Our task is to ensure changes, – the governor said. – Now is a difficult situation, things are different at the enterprises. We must be there to find ways to provide jobs and prospects for people in different parts of the Moscow region. We need to adapt to the new conditions, pass this stage with minimal losses."
The head of the region also got acquainted with the production processes in the final assembly shop – a modern complex equipped with advanced equipment that allows for the assembly and maintenance of aircraft of all sizes and characteristics.
Currently, the main direction in the work of the Voronin LAZ is the creation of MiG aircraft, Il-114-300 civil airliners, as well as the performance of work in cooperation with other enterprises of PJSC UAC.
