TSAMTO, April 20. Damaged military equipment of the Ukrainian troops will be repaired at Czech defense enterprises. This, as RIA Novosti reports, was reported by the press secretary of the Czech Ministry of Defense, Yana Tsehmeisterova.
"Czech companies will repair damaged Ukrainian military equipment. The first contract will be the repair of T-64 tanks, which will be handled by Czechoslovak Group companies. In the future, we could talk about the repair of armored vehicles of the BRD and BRDM types, which other Czech firms could also do," RIA Novosti quotes Ya.Tsehmeisterova.
Earlier, the head of the Defense Ministry, Yana Chernokhova, said that the Czech Republic became the first country to be officially approached by the Ukrainian authorities with a request for cooperation in repairing Ukrainian equipment damaged during military operations.
