The Russian Ministry of Defense on Thursday, April 14, published footage of the work of calculations of self-propelled anti-tank missile systems "Sturm-S" and portable anti-tank missile systems "Fagot" during a special operation to protect the civilian population of Donbass.
It is noted that the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to carry out tasks to liberate settlements and destroy armored combat equipment of nationalist battalions and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
According to the Defense Ministry, Russian calculations of self-propelled anti-tank missile systems "Sturm-S" and portable anti-tank missile systems "Fagot" provide cover, occupying firing positions in key areas. Thus, the promotion of the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is ensured.
The Defense Ministry stressed that the anti-tankers of the Western Military District successfully repel the counterattacks of the AFU units, national battalions using tanks and armored vehicles.
According to the ministry, calculations of anti-tank missile systems destroyed the firing positions of the APU tanks, armored objects, long-term firing points and other engineering structures.
Earlier, on April 12, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of a salvo launch of Kalibr cruise missiles as part of a special operation to protect Donbass.
