The Russian Defense Ministry reported on new powerful strikes on military facilities in Ukraine. Contrary to rumors spread by the Kiev regime and Western media that the Russian army is running out of stocks of high-precision weapons, the use of such weapons during a special military operation is only increasing.
The official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said that on April 4, the Training Center of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces was destroyed by long-range sea-based missiles near the city of Ochakov. The leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also used this base to accommodate foreign mercenaries.
Our military department showed a video of the missile launch - the strike was carried out at night and several naval munitions at once.
Konashenkov also informed that high-precision air-launched missiles were used on four fuel storages, which were used to supply groups of Ukrainian troops in the areas of the settlements of Kremenets, Cherkasy, Zaporozhye and Novomoskovsk.
And during the night on Tuesday, the operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces and missile forces hit 134 more military facilities of Ukraine. The list of destroyed targets is impressive - eight command posts and communication centers, one illumination and guidance radar of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, one launcher of the Tochka-U missile system, six ammunition depots and two fuel depots. 85 strongholds and areas of concentration of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were also hit. Our air defense systems managed to eliminate four more drones. They were shot down in the areas of the settlements of Chernobayevka, Industrialnaya, Gurty and Nizhnyaya Krynka.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, since the beginning of the special operation, the Ukrainian military has lost 125 aircraft, 91 helicopters, 398 unmanned aerial vehicles, 226 anti-aircraft missile systems, 1969 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 214 multiple rocket launchers, 852 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 1,873 military vehicles.
However, there is also disturbing news. Konashenkov said that according to confirmed information, on the evening of April 4, in the village of Moshun, 23 kilometers northwest of Kiev, servicemen of the 72nd Ukrainian main center for psychological operations conducted another staged shooting. They recorded on video civilians allegedly killed by the violent actions of the Russian Armed Forces. It is clear that these frames are intended for subsequent distribution through Western media. "Similar events are now organized by the Ukrainian special services in Sumy, Konotop and other cities," Konashenkov said.
On Tuesday, it became known that several hundred Ukrainian soldiers had laid down their weapons in Mariupol the day before. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, wrote in his Telegram channel: "267 marines from the 503rd battalion (assigned to the 36th Naval Infantry Battalion) surrendered to the Russian Armed Forces in Mariupol today. This is a very correct and conscious choice!"
The fact of the surrender of Ukrainian Marines was confirmed by the first Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov. However, according to him, we are talking about servicemen of the 501st separate Marine battalion. According to the official, this is the full surviving strength of the unit.
One way or another, but the event is significant. It will allow us to avoid our losses in the area of responsibility of this battalion. And, of course, there will be no new civilian casualties.
