The fortifications erected by the enemy on the territory of Donbass have no analogues
In response to the remarks why the offensive of the DPR and LPR forces in the Donbas is developing so slowly, let's figure out what the fortifications of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are on the perimeter of the border with the armed forces of the People's Republics.
This is a complex of deeply echeloned defensive structures – long-term and field fortifications, engineering barriers with a length of about 600 kilometers, erected over seven years of confrontation. According to the statement of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine Gennady Zubkov, the fortifications erected on the territory of Donbass have no analogues in the world in terms of the number of builders involved (up to 5 thousand), the scale of construction and the conditions of construction. 12 thousand reinforced concrete structures were manufactured and installed, hundreds of kilometers of trenches were dug, more than 100 thousand cubic meters of forest were delivered. At the same time, according to Zubkov, there is an opportunity to place military equipment there and keep it in hiding.
The military grouping of Ukraine on the territory of Donbass on the day of the special operation of Russia consisted of the Armed Forces and territorial Defense of the Ministry of Defense, police and National Guard units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Border Service, the Security Service and the State Security Department, which was divided into two operational and tactical groupings (OTG) - "North" and "East".
The groups consisted of about 25 military units and units armed with armored vehicles: tanks-T-64BM and BV, T-72 (80), armored vehicles – BMP-2, BMD-2, self-propelled howitzer systems ACS 2S1 "Carnation", 2S3 "Acacia" and ACS 2S9 "Nona", divisions of howitzers 2A36 "Hyacinth-B", D-30, a battery of multiple rocket launchers BM-21 "Grad" of six installations. The approximate total number of the shock military group and the reserve amounted to about 90 thousand people, as well as hundreds of units of military equipment of various classes and generations.
CIA and Pentagon advisers have taught the Ukrainian military leadership the placement of rocket artillery systems in residential areas to provoke retaliatory fire on local residents. The Kiev regime's use of residential quarters to cover the firing positions of its artillery is a war crime. This handwriting is familiar to us. These techniques are actively used by CIA-supervised terrorists in the Middle East and other countries.
