YEKATERINBURG, February 11. /tass/. Several institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) are preparing proposals for sending scientists to the International Space Station (ISS), RAS President Alexander Sergeev told reporters on Friday.
"Now several of our institutes are formulating their proposals to Roscosmos to organize the program. <...> It was a joint proposal, <...> <...> to send professional scientists there [to the ISS] who could effectively conduct experiments there," Sergeyev said during a trip to Yekaterinburg.
Sergeyev added that the initiative can be carried out on the module "Science", there is a lot of space for various experiments, for example, in the field of agriculture, physics.
