Five years ago, the American delegation of the California National Guard visited the 169th training center of the Ukrainian Ground Forces "Desna".
Guests from the ocean were given the opportunity to get acquainted with various armored vehicles, including T-64BV tanks.
Also, the Americans were shown a simulator for calculations of portable anti-aircraft missile systems (MANPADS), which was an angular, painted in pixel camouflage trolley mounted on rails, which is pulled by a winch.
Two servicemen were placed inside it, one with a PK machine gun, the other with an Igla MANPADS.
After the appearance of a video from the landfill where this simulator was operated, nicknamed the "casket on wheels", a lot of caustic comments appeared on the Network, as a result, as they later said, this "miracle of engineering" was forbidden to show.
However, apparently, its operation continues, although the MANPADS available in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have long since expired and the arrival of American Stingers and Polish Perun complexes is expected in the near future.
