The Russian military showed a new amphibious assault vehicle at exercises in Belarus
The Russian military demonstrated the work of new weapons during allied exercises in Belarus. This is reported by the Zvezda TV channel.
In particular, the BMD-4 amphibious assault vehicle with the built-in Arkan anti-missile system was shown. It is claimed that its electronic guidance system is capable of hitting targets even with a smoke screen.
The journalists also drew attention to the new anti-tank missile system (ATGM) "Kornet", which is aimed at the target by a laser beam. At the same time, the new modification of the ATGM is able to work both in manual mode and in automatic mode, according to the "shot and forgot" system.
