In the Novosibirsk region, an AN-12 military transport aircraft flew over the Ob reservoir at an extremely low altitude. His flight was caught on video, which was filmed by amazed eyewitnesses.
Later, the press service of the Central Military District explained that the plane was operated by young lieutenants who graduated last year. Their actions were controlled by experienced instructors.
