TSAMTO, January 18. Roselectronics Holding of Rostec State Corporation is implementing the IIoT.ISTOK industrial Internet of Things platform at the production complex of the United Aircraft Corporation in the Novosibirsk Region.
This will reduce the cost of equipment maintenance by 10%.
The monitoring system based on the industrial Internet of Things IIoT.ISTOK was developed by specialists of the Istok NPP named after Shokin holding "Roselektronika". It collects information from sensors built into the equipment, which allows you to monitor the operation and loading of production lines in real time - from a specific workplace to the entire enterprise.
Sensors installed on the equipment are integrated into a single virtual network to build a centralized monitoring and control system for technological processes. Information from them is output to the production management center. The equipment can independently exchange information to optimize the operation of the system and ensure autonomy, including self-diagnosis and self-maintenance. In addition, the system detects deviations from the execution of the control program in the case of manual action on the equipment.
"The IIoT.ISTOK platform is being successfully implemented at Rostec enterprises. The solution controls the operation of the equipment, allows you to carry out maintenance work without waiting for problems to appear, to balance the load. As practice shows, maintenance costs are reduced by an average of 10%," said Oleg Yevtushenko, Executive Director of Rostec State Corporation.
An integral part of the platform is Data lake storage. Big data collection and analysis allow us to identify trends in equipment loading, determine the impact of indirect and long-term factors and adjust the production process.
