A video from a drone that attacks the city and drops incendiary bombs on people has appeared on the Network. It is assumed that the drone was launched by one of the Mexican drug cartels and used by criminal barons in the war against their enemies.
According to The Drive, in this way the "Jalisco New Generation Cartel" attacked its enemies in the drug war.
The recording clearly shows how small bombs equipped with parachutes are dropped from a drone, and then explode, causing a fire. People run out from under the trees and rush in different directions.
Mexican drug cartels have been using drones since about 2010. With their help, they deliver drugs to the United States by air, through border barriers, and also conduct reconnaissance.
Civilian drones have become quite cheap and widespread aircraft today, the technical capabilities of which are constantly improving. A drone worth about $ 1,000 can hover in the air for about half an hour and move away from the operator for several kilometers, while constantly filming and transmitting the image online.
This led to the fact that drones began to be used for a variety of purposes, including criminal ones. For example, they successfully transport contraband. And in 2017, the Mexican police seized a quadrocopter converted into a barrage ammunition from one of the criminal clans.
At the moment, it is known that the Jalisco drug cartel organized a drone attack in at least two Mexican cities in the municipality of Tepalcatepec. It is reported that these attacks may be related to the attempts of drug lord Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as El Mencho, to seize control of Tepalcatepec. Nothing has been said about the victims of these attacks yet.
