TSAMTO, January 14. The United Shipbuilding Corporation summed up the preliminary results of its activities in 2021. As noted, the corporation's enterprises handed over almost two dozen ships and vessels to customers.

In 2021, six new warships were commissioned, including three nuclear submarines "Prince Oleg", "Kazan" and "Novosibirsk". Such an event – the surrender of three nuclear cruisers within such a short period of time – previously occurred only in the Soviet years.

The mine defense ship "Georgy Kurbatov", the next diesel-electric submarine of project 636 "Magadan" and the logistics vessel "Vsevolod Bobrov" were also transferred to the Navy. The laying of the strategic nuclear submarine missile cruisers "Dmitry Donskoy" and "Prince Potemkin" of the Borei-A project, the corvettes "Grozny", "Brave" and "Buoy" at the Amur Shipyard, as well as the mine defense ship "Afanasy Ivannikov" took place.

During the year, commercial customers received 12 vessels. A special place among them is occupied by the second in the family of the most powerful nuclear-powered ships in the world (and the first serial) icebreaker "Siberia". Now he, like his "older brother" "Arctic", will work on the routes of the Northern Sea Route.

The fishing flotilla was replenished with new large-tonnage processor trawlers "Barents Sea" and "Norwegian Sea". The ferry of the PV22 project "Pavel Leonov" was handed over to the customer.

The four-deck cruise ship "Peter the Great" of the PV300VD project has successfully passed tests in the Volga fairway and is preparing for its first tourist season in 2022.

Two research vessels of the 17050 project "Professor Anatoly Elizarov" and "Professor Peter Moiseev" were laid at the Nevsky Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant, and a passenger vessel of the A45-90 project was laid at the SNSZ.2 "Viktor Astafyev".

In 2021, the share of USC revenue from civilian products is expected to be about 22%, which suggests a steady growth of this indicator. By 2030, the corporation should receive 50% of its revenue from commercial orders, which will be possible with a significant increase in investments in the modernization of production and support programs for domestic shipbuilding.
