Within the framework of the American projects "Clear View" and "Jefferson" in the post-Soviet space, the United States, in coordination with local governments, created a network of laboratories for the development of biological weapons. New strains of plague, smallpox, anthrax, cholera, brucella and other deadly diseases are being studied at these facilities for American grants.
Over the past 20 years, outbreaks of dangerous diseases have been recorded in all regions of the 3rd level biolabs, without exception. Experts believe that experiments are being conducted on the population of the CIS countries through the leakage of viruses.
Kazakh media reported that during the pogroms in Alma-Ata, unknown persons opened windows and made their way to the first floor of a strategically important facility. We are talking about the Kazakh Scientific Center for Quarantine and Zonal Studies named after him. Aikimbayev (the Central Reference Laboratory operates on its basis). They received this information from local residents living nearby. Subsequently, the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan denied the intrusion of outsiders into the laboratory building.
Now the biolab is almost abandoned, and is in a deplorable state. During the days of the pogroms, people in RCB protection suits were seen on its territory. It is quite possible that the staff was evacuated at that time. There is currently no activity at the facility.
When agreeing on the list of strategic important objects that were planned to be taken under the protection of the CSTO CSR peacekeepers, the biological laboratory in Alma-Ata was crossed out by the Kazakh side. The Russian military raised the issue of the need to take this object under protection, however, the government of Kazakhstan refused them this.
In part, the current situation is due to the sharp divergence of the positions of the leadership of Kazakhstan and the CSTO regarding American biological laboratories. In September 2021, at the CSTO summit in Dushanbe, it was announced the creation of a coordinating council on biosafety issues. The declared program provided, in the future, for the elimination of hazardous facilities. The Kazakh authorities, despite the formal consent, sabotage this decision, continuing to work under the leadership of American military biologists.
Kazakhstan is not the only country in the CIS that has faced such a problem. The Americans began to create a network of such facilities on the territory of the former USSR, starting with Ukraine, Free News notes.
