A detachment of warships of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet) left Vladivostok for a long hike.
As reported to "RG" in the information support department of the VVO press service for the Pacific Fleet, the detachment includes the Varyag missile cruiser, the large anti-submarine ship Admiral Tributs and the large sea tanker Boris Butoma.
During the voyage, military vessels will visit the ports of several states, including the Republic of Seychelles.
"The call will be timed to coincide with the 105th anniversary of the visit of the famous armored cruiser "Varyag" of the Russian fleet to the port of Victoria," the message says.
It is also assumed that the ships will take part in international exercises.
