Moscow. December 21. INTERFAX - The equipment of the Russian nuclear triad with modern weapons has reached the highest level in history, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
"As a result of the large-scale and purposeful work carried out under your leadership, Vladimir Vladimirovich, the level of modernity in the nuclear triad has been brought to the highest level in the entire history of its existence - 89.1%," Shoigu said at the annual board of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
He noted that modern infrastructure is being created synchronously with the supply of new weapons for strategic nuclear forces.
