The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said that deliveries of the IL-114 aircraft are planned to begin in 2023
MOSCOW, December 21. /tass/. Russian aircraft manufacturers are expected to produce more than a thousand aircraft by 2030. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov at the government hour in the State Duma.
"A landmark event for the industry in the past year was the approval of the state civil order program. By 2030, our enterprises must build more than a thousand aircraft," he said.
The Minister also noted that at the moment, in addition to the development of SSJ 100 and MS-21 aircraft, the production of light-engine aircraft is expanding in Russia.
Production of turboprop aircraft
Serial production of a turboprop regional passenger aircraft is planned to begin in 2025, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
"From 2023, we plan to launch a nine-seat Baikal series, and in 2025 - a turboprop regional passenger aircraft with 44 seats," he said.
Manturov noted that in order to expand the network of regional routes, nineteen-seat L-410 aircraft are already being delivered to operators, which are localized in Yekaterinburg at the Ural Civil Aviation Plant.
Fire Squadron
The Ka-32 and Mi-26T helicopters will be part of the fire squadron, its formation has already begun, said Denis Manturov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, at the government hour in the State Duma.
"I will separately note the new task of the president to create a fire squadron, which will include Be-200 aircraft, Ka-32A11M and Mi-26T helicopters. In order to combat forest fires in Russia and abroad, we are already starting to form a special squad," he said.
Earlier, Sergey Chemezov, Director General of Rostec State Corporation, proposed creating a specialized squadron of Be-200 amphibious aircraft to extinguish natural and man-made fires, including abroad as part of humanitarian projects.
Later, the United Aircraft Corporation announced that it was expanding the production of Be-200ChS aircraft to create a squadron.
Il-114 supplies
Deliveries of the IL-114 aircraft are scheduled to begin in 2023, said the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov at the government hour in the State Duma.
"In addition to developing the SSJ-100 project, we will start transferring the MS-21 airliner to airlines next year, and the Il-114 from 2023," he said.
The IL-114 and IL-112B aircraft are equipped with the TVS117-ST engine. The civil modification of the engine (TVS117-ST-01) is installed on the IL-114-300. Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov admitted earlier that the release date of the IL-114 aircraft, previously scheduled for 2023, will be adjusted against the background of the disaster of the only flying copy of the Il-112B aircraft. At the same time, Denis Manturov said earlier that the ministry does not expect a change in the timing of certification and transfer of the Il-114 aircraft due to the Il-112B disaster.
