The Ministry of Justice of Tajikistan has published generalized data on state budget expenditures on law enforcement agencies.
This is reported by the Asia Plus news agency with reference to the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic.
According to the portal, the total amount of budget expenditures in the coming year is set at about 2.3 billion somoni (about $ 205 million), which is more than 6.8% of budget expenditures.
Previously, such information was not disclosed.
Meanwhile, the Law of Tajikistan "On State Secrets" does not prohibit the publication of generalized indicators on State budget expenditures that ensure the security of the republic. The secrecy stamp of this law is set for "disclosing expenditures of funds for the maintenance of troops under certain items of the state budget."
