BAIKONUR /Kazakhstan/, December 8. /tass/. A Russian group of potential space tourists is at the Cosmonaut Training Center (CPC), getting acquainted with how the training takes place. This was reported to journalists by the Director General of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin.
"We have two more applications, and one group of potential space flight participants is already working at the CPC, getting acquainted with how the training is going on. I can say that this is a Russian group," Rogozin said.
According to the head of Roscosmos, one Soyuz spacecraft is currently in production for the flight of space tourists in 2023. He noted that he asked to reconsider the production of transport ships in favor of manned ones. By 2024, it is planned to produce two "Unions" for tourists.
Rogozin also announced the approval of the flight program for 2022.
