Moscow. December 1st. INTERFAX - In the new academic year, which started in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on December 1, the main priority will be to further improve the level of professional training of military personnel, the Ministry of Defense reports.
"An important place in the training of troops (forces) will be given to the organization of interspecific and interdepartmental training of troops, improving the coordinated use of operational-tactical and army aviation, artillery and other tactical groups of the armed forces in the interests of combined arms formations," the message says.
For this purpose, it is planned to hold more than 20 thousand combat training events. During their implementation, the issues of troop transfer and marching training, the fulfillment of tasks for the comprehensive provision of units will be worked out. More than half of the exercises will be held at night, the Ministry of Defense informs.
"The basis of combat training will be to improve the quality of conducting combat training of troops in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards and preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, improving the training of military command bodies, headquarters of various levels in the ability to lead subordinate units using the most modern automated control systems, communications and unmanned aerial vehicles," the press release says.
It is reported that in 2022 3 new landfills will be put into operation, 3 thousand units of technical training equipment, more than 170 sets of landfill equipment and automated control systems for training specialists will be delivered.
